My friend recommended Wellman as she had used them for her kitchen remodeling. Although I really didn't have an exact design in mind, I did have one picture frame I took with me to see if I could match the kitchen cabinets. I told Sharifa I wanted some color and we found a very unique backsplash, and great countertops that actually pulled the color of the backsplash, the pulls, and the appliances. A few years ago, we used Wellman to remodel our guest bathroom and were very pleased with the results, so when it came time for a kitchen remodel, we knew where to go! Sharifa is magic at putting a design together-really gave us confidence. Our project manager, Ryan, provided excellent communication every step of the way, let us know what was coming up next, and did not consider anything complete until it met both his and our expectations. The crew, led by Alex, was clearly so experienced and detail oriented that they adjusted on the fly for numerous small issues before we even weighed in, and really put together a quality end product. All in all, this was another great Wellman experience and we will be back when it's time for our laundry room remodel!

Wellman General Contracting recently completed a bathroom renovation at my home. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The crew was friendly, arrived on time, and kept the area clean. At the end of each day you would never know an old bathroom was being demolished and a new one was being installed.

Recently, the Wellman team helped to renovate the master bathroom in our house, and we would like to share our experience with whomever is thinking about doing it.

We learned about the Wellman team by searching online and met with Sharifa in their show room in Gaithersburg Maryland. We quickly learn that Sharifa is an experienced designer, and she is able to help us to convert our initial ideas of what we want to more concrete visualization of what it will look like. I thought that was very helpful to me. She then goes through the process of narrowing down the candidates of several designs and again helps us to finalize our choice of the design and the materials we like.

Once the project starts, the manager, Ryan, who is tasked for this project continues to keep us informed about the progress. He shows up almost every day to make sure the needed materials are there and make certain the project goes smoothly. He is prepared, energetic and delighted to talk to. Even though the project took a bit longer to complete, we really like it when it is done.
